Every Paws & Palm piece is made to order. Embroidered apparel (hoodies and sweatshirts) takes 5–7 working days to make. Printed products (canvas, framed prints, totes, blankets and doormats) take 3–5 working days.

Production starts once you approve your proof. Delivery time is added on top of this.

Yes. For personalized products we send you a proof on WhatsApp from +91 93561 73550 for approval before we print or stitch anything. Please make sure the phone number on your order can receive WhatsApp messages.

If you would like a change, just reply to the proof. We only start production after you approve it.

We currently deliver across India. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

A clear, well-lit phone photo is usually enough. The face and important features should be sharp and visible, with no heavy filters. See our Photo Guidelines for tips by product.

Yes, on products that offer it (canvas, framed portraits, totes and blankets). Type the name in the Name field on the product page. Please double-check the spelling; we print it exactly as entered.

Because every piece is made just for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or size.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Apparel comes in S, M, L and XL. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit. Prints and canvases list their exact dimensions (for example 24x18 in) as size options.

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the embroidery.
