Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of pawsandpalm.com and to orders placed with Paws & Palm, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and personalization
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any photo or text you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- We may decline content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes copyright or trademarks, and refund the order.
- Embroidery, printing and art styles reproduce detail differently. Artwork may be simplified, cropped or adjusted so it works on the selected product. Small variations in colour and detail from screen previews are normal.
- We send a proof on WhatsApp for approval. Production starts only after you approve it.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund orders affected by them.
Returns
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Product images
Product images on this website are illustrative. The finished product is made from your own photo and chosen options.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
