Paws & Palm is designed to keep the experience simple. Some products are personalized with your photo, name or selected details; others may simply be chosen by size, style or function as our pet and baby collections grow.

Browse products for parents, pets, babies and home. Open the product page to see exactly what can be selected or personalized.

Personalize if needed

For personalized products, upload a photo or add the requested name, text, style or other details. Products that do not require personalization can be ordered normally.

Pick your options

Choose the available size, colour, material, finish or design options shown on that product page.

We prepare your order

Personalized items are adapted to the selected product and production method. Other items are prepared according to the chosen variants.

Delivered to you

Once ready, your order is packed and dispatched. Tracking and delivery details are shared according to the shipping method used.

Good to know

For personalized products

The options shown will depend on the product. A portrait hoodie may ask for a photo, size, colour and embroidery placement, while wall art may ask for an art style, size and optional text. We keep each product's choices limited to what meaningfully affects the final result.

For future pet & baby products

Not every Paws & Palm product will require a photo or personalization. As the range expands, pet and baby products may include their own practical choices such as size, material, age range, fit, colour or pack type. The product page will clearly show what you need to choose.

Made differently for different products

Embroidery, textile printing, framed artwork and other production methods all reproduce detail differently. Where required, artwork may be simplified, cropped or adjusted so it works appropriately on the product selected.
